Serena Residence Aparthotel - Sozopol

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were awesome, they were always responsive and very friendly. The location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to the nearest beach. the apartment was very comfortable and clean, offering great value for money.

This place is located not far from the Kavatsite beach, and we really enjoyed our stay in the Budjaka district, especially because we could park on-site.

the cosiness of our room impressed us, and the bathroom was sparklingly clean, with all necessities available. the staff were attentive to our needs and provided top-notch service. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea left us speechless. Among the facilities, we appreciated the outdoor pool and the gym equipment, which allowed us to keep up with our daily exercise routine.

One thing to keep in mind is that there may be occasional fluctuations in wifi signal strength.

The food was diverse and tasty, and I enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. the staff were friendly and always available to help.

The amenities were outdated and the room was noisy throughout the night. the cleanliness of the towels and dishes in the restaurant left much to be desired.

We enjoyed our Easter holiday, but unfortunately, it wasn't as satisfying as we had hoped. The hotel's facilities were the best aspects of our stay, specifically the swimming pool and the gym. The location, near the beach and some local restaurants, was also a plus. the room we stayed in was well-equipped and had a stunning view of the surroundings.

Our stay was overshadowed by the hotel's negative aspects. The cleanliness was a big issue as the room wasn't cleaned adequately, and we had to request for it to be cleaned again.
